Pastoral Supervision
Pastoral Supervision
A confidential time and space for you as a practitioner to reflect on your practice. Reflective practice is the intentional act of considering situations and experiences in the past with the intention of learning from them to inform the future. Practitioners may be involved in ordained ministry or hold pastoral responsibility, paid or voluntary.
Pastoral Supervision is informed by both psychological theory and spiritual understanding, taking account of the practitioner’s context.
It provides continuous personal and professional development for the practitioner.
